About the Doctor

Dwight E. Krapp, Ph.D., received his bachelor's degree in audiology and speech pathology in 1971. Upon completion of his master's degree in 1972, he joined the staff of the Northwest Kansas Medical Center where he began development of a new department of audiology.

Dr. Krapp relocated to Cincinnati and joined The Cincinnati Speech and Hearing Center as Coordinator of Audiology in 1973. In 1976, he received his Ph.D. in audiology from the University of Cincinnati. He formed his own private practice, Audiology Services of Cincinnati Inc., in 1977. This was the first freestanding private audiology practice and professional hearing aid dispensing program in the local Tri-State area as well as the first practice in Cincinnati to initiate a written, 90-day money back guarantee on hearing instruments.
